Evening all How is everyone this evening? Beautiful cool day today. Wish you all were here so we could sit and chat by the fire pit, wouldn't that be fun? Miss my mom's this time of year :) I HATE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!!!!!! Sept. 6th will be 9 years since Bernie passed, been weighing on my mind. Watched Ted Kennedy's funeral today and bawled like a big baby. Beautiful Mass. I know his sons' speeches were really heartbreaking

Evening all How is everyone this evening? Beautiful cool day today. Wish you all were here so we could sit and chat by the fire pit, wouldn't that be fun? Mary, I am so happy to see your smiling face. How are you tonight? The swelling is still there, but A LOT less Thanks for asking Are you getting some energy back? Yeah a little. Had to go to the store today, but other than that, I've just taken it easy. Got to get up and clean pretty soon tho, the Dish man is coming at 9 tomorrow morning. He just called, I forgot all about it. Hey Tim, he's coming from Cedar Rapids of all places. Big Dog Satellite company. yep thats who mom and dad got theres from.... I prefer cable thou.. send me there contact info I have a recever that I think has to go back to them I prefer cable too but it has gotten way too expensive and they are raising it again in Sept. I am not even sure if it eill work tho cuz I have way too many trees around. Have to try it and see. It will cut my bill in half. I know I don't need it, but when you are alone, its your only entertainment ya know?

Tim did it stop raining and flooding there yet? some areas are still blocked off and we had a sink hole start in the middle of a street, my basment is almost dry
