Tim, the Vatican Council is just trying to modernize the church to keep up with the times. The same fundamentals, which is God's word in the Bible, and how we should live to get to Heaven, hasn't changed.
There, the catechist in me just couldn't shut up....taught it for many years...

Well if you want my opinion.....and your gonna get it anyway...you don't need a church to get to heaven. Live a good life, help others, pray, and ask forgiveness and you will be a good christian. God's church is anywhere you are...He did make the world after all...not the churches! Your a good man Tim...don't sweat the church!!! PS....They might take your Popeness away tho...
