Hahaha I sometimes sleep on the job. One of my colleagues always sleeps. He is the worlds best sleeper, he just closes his eyes and he's off. I normally dont need any sleep, but can always get some if i want, my job is pretty good like that. If that happened to me though, id maybe think twice.

It's called a practical joke. Not worthy enough to waste court time with. This is why the world is going to hell. Everybody is way too frickin' sue-happy.

I love a good practical joke. However, the last one we played at work resulted in someone walking out and quitting. We are not supposed to do that anymore.

i can't help but think that those must be really good heavy duty staples as i'm sure they would have ripped out of the desk after the fall. there were just two staples weren't there? and, in fact, there's a place where the tie's holding down yet no staples were put in that position. debunked! but funny nonetheless.

Papersmile is so right, so many of these "practical jokes" caught on camera are so obvious, but take the humor from it and keep moving folks!!
