i also think that some people who are sick aren't very good at sharing that with their partner, and allowing them to help (in any way) and that makes the healthy person feel useless.
it's hard sometimes to be the healthy one and watch your love hurt, yet be unable to fix anything. |

That's a VERY good point. I think I was like that with my ex. I tried to get him to go to counseling with me so we could both learn how to cope better. Both the healthy person and the not-so-healthy person can do things to make the situation better or worse. |
