SCA is a group of people who pick personas that might have existed in a renaissance or medieval time period and get together and reenact those times. They were clothes, armor, and use weapons appropriate to the time period they are portraying. It's kind of like live theater, you might say. You can find SCA reenactors at Renaissance Faires and other such festivals.

I love the SCA.. didnt get to go to the war this year but maybe next year I will!
