What has become of my rights? As a single father i have to fight for everything with my only daughter, where my ex doesnt. Ive payed over 15,000 dollors in lawyers fee all because un wed parents in the state of oklahoma, the female has all the legal rights even though she has abandoned the child, legally speaking.

This Government is so blind to what is going on that they will never lead, effectivly, ever again. This country is so divided and hate filled that its reminincant of the American Cival War. We have such need to dominate others who are differnt, we forget the similiarities.


This has turned into such a selfious and bigoted nation of emotionally blind sub humans that im embarresed to call myself an American. This place has replaced the idea of a naturally guided society where everyone and everything has its own place, to some sepia colored cesspool with a grotesque shadow of the humanity and freedom that this once great nation was founded on!!

The highest taxiation in the world, our rights "taken away" on a daily basis, no accountable of our own government from there own misdeeds,grotesque expenditures of living on themselves while taxpayes suffer burdens we wouldnt expect out of a somalian donkey, come on people. Its time to abandon the "If you dont like it, leave" mentality and take up a new montra "Stay, repair and hold accountable" and make this a place where we dont have to be ashamed and embarresed anymore!!

I truly understand your frustration with the system. My son is going through the same thing. His ex chose and abusive boyfriend and drugs over her son. My son now has custody, but she expects him to provide ways for her to visit the son. She has hired an attorney and my son is expected to pay for her attorney. This is not right. She recieved child support for 5 months and she didn't even have the child! This is so wrong.

I gotta jump in here... I have never gotten my child support because he lied, moved around, changed jobs and worked under the table. I won't say it is easy on the guy, not all of us moms got it our way either....If I were to get all my back support I could retire and put my boys through college...

Maybe you should say you are ashamed of our government rather than our country.. I dunno. I'm proud to be an American but I'm not proud of the ebarrassment of a government and so called president that we have.

I undertstand an sympathize with your frustration concernin the court system an father's rights. However, it's not just father's who get screwed by the system. There are millions of Mothers who are raising their children with no help from the fathers. Fathers who owe millions in child support, who won't have anything to do with their children an they get away with it daily. Instead of making this a Mother Vs Father issue, why not make it a responsible Parent vs Irresponsible parent issue?


I've also visited an lived in many different countries thanks to the Air Force. There's no other country I'd ever want to call home but the United States Of America.

We have no rights whatsoever. Its all about money now. Wake up people. Its been this way for years. You have to spend thousands of dollars on a lawyer to have any of your (nonexistant)rights enforced. The goverment (and their cops) have all the rights. Im embarressed too. This "Land of the free" crap is all a big fat lie Sorry if that upsets anyone but the truth hurts

The US isn't the most perfect country but ya know what neither is any other country on this planet. There's no such thing as a Utopian society. It'll never happen.
