I have a 17 month old little boy who just came down with a summer cold...runny nose, fever n a cough. ive been giving him childrens tylenol like my doctor had suggested but is there ne thing else that I could try to give him to make him feel better...im even open to home remedies n the such.

haha, i used to take my kids (when they were little) to the dollar store for a 'sick toy' whenever they had a fever. they got to pick out something special, it didn't cost me much, and they forgot about being sick for a little while. also, however cliche it is, homemade chicken soup always helps. |

Sorry, for not responding so quick..been busy, but thanks everyone for your advice...e started getting sick on thursday...my brother who lives at home with us had brung home a heald cold and its being passed around like crazy -_-
