Everday you see a poem about love, boasting of great long lasting love or one just blossoming, or even of a love ending and gone wrong. Everyone defines love differently, some say it is a feeling. Some say it is a choice. Still others claim it is a spiritual connection. Some define it simply as a high. Whether one of these is right or all of them are it doesn't matter. The point it love is different and means different things to different people. This next piece I'm not sure it is love or not. To me it is still to early to tell. But what it is about a woman, one whom I enjoy being around most of the time, and other times can't stand. But it is about a woman.


These are the little joys with you.

The joy I feel as I tuck you in at night
Giving you a soft kiss ever so slight

The joy I get when watching a movie of fright
When you jump into my arms and hold me tight

The joy I get watching move to your favorite band
when you dance over to me and grab my hand

The joy I get when I hear you brag about me to your girls
when you tell them I them that I make your head swirl

I could go on and on of the little things that I adore
But it that list would roll across the floor
