yeah his teeth, it is not shallow. It is a matter of attraction.

it is very shallow, minor details like that are fixable, anyway ur clearly not 'attracted' to him in the 1st place or it wouldn't be an issue so move on but no need to be cruel about his teeth!

We cannot help what gets our mojo flowing. Can you? Would you date a woman who had a physical issue that made you ill? Even if it was "fixable"?

This lady is not at all being cruel. She's being honest and asking for feedback. If she was cruel, she wouldn't have mentioned it the way she did. Why are you attacking her?

well we will have to agree to disagree, clearly she has no attraction for him anyway.
oh for the record NO i would NOT date a woman PERIOD!

Here are my deal breakers....

1) Cursing too much. A lady who cusses like a sailor just isn't pleasant to talk to.
2) Politics. I don't care if someone is a Republican or Democrat, but too much one way or the other, either way, is bad. Nobody is a centrist anymore I suppose.
3) Self-esteem. We all have issues. I get it. But when someone is so down on herself that she simply cannot accept a compliment, then she really has no business dating.
4) Drugs. I don't care is someone is a social drinker, or even a smoker, or if they even partake in a little 420 on occassion, but coke, heroine, pills, daily pot use - I'm not interested.
5) Disrespectful people. Enough said on that.
6) Women who move too fast. I'm not a prude or anything, and I'm all for sexually liberated women. But if you start talking sex to me right away, I'm going to get turned off, not on.
7) People who don't respect other people's cultures. I once dated a woman that I really liked. One day she made her feelings about southerners clear. "A bunch of racist, sexist, redneck trash". Um, I happen to be southern! I dumped her immediately.
8) Religion. I've never asked a girl to adopt my religious beliefs, but I've been asked a dozen times to change my views to match theirs. Um, no!
9) Women who claim to want what they don't want. When a woman claims to want a nice guy, someone with class, someone who will respect them, someone with a good job, etc., and they're describing me to a T, and then I contact them and they said they're not interested because I'm blonde, or something else stupid like that. Say what you mean and mean what you say!
10) STUPID PEOPLE!!!!

Ditto! & honestly I have a few more to add but I'm comfortable w/ this list.Excellent! Godspeed!Cy  drinker

If you can't stand the thought of getting your tongue caught on his snaggle teeth.... that is understandable. For me, I look at a man's mouth if I am atracted to him and really really bad teeth can be a total turn off.

My dealbreakers:
Gambling
Prison record, or are on probation
Addicts
Religious Christians
MMORPG Freakazoids (more than 4 hours a week)
Dumb, moronic, ignorant or otherwise challenged bigots
People who schedule everything around sporting events

Those are my biggies....

Oh, and I forgot Republicans.

Gambling-on rare occasion.
Prison Record-One night in jail when I was 19, never again.
Addicts-I do smoke, otherwise no dope or alcohol.
Religious Christians-Fairly observant in non-traditional church.
MMORTPG Freakazoids-Does Mingle count???
Sporting Events-rarely
Otherwise educated and employed............................

But I am a registered Republican.

Dang, I almost made it.

I'm sorry, you know it all. You got her figured out, you're frustrated I didn't assume you are homosexual... Whatever. There is no need to call this lady cruel though.

gay***cheery: bright and pleasant; promoting a feeling of cheer; "a cheery hello"; "a gay sunny room"; "a sunny smile"
full of or showing high-spirited merriment; "when hearts were young and gay"; "a poet could not but be gay, in such a jocund company"- Wordsworth; "the jolly crowd at the reunion"; "jolly old Saint Nick"; "a jovial old gentleman"; "have a merry Christmas"; "peals of merry laughter"; "a mirthful ...
given to social pleasures often including dissipation; "led a gay Bohemian life"; "a gay old rogue with an eye for the ladies"
brave: brightly colored and showy; "girls decked out in brave new dresses"; "brave banners flying"; "`braw' is a Scottish word"; "a dress a bit too gay for her years"; "birds with gay plumage"
offering fun and gaiety; "a festive (or festal) occasion"; "gay and exciting night life"; "a merry evening"

The homosexual portion is at the end of SOME sections, not all.

what planet have u spent the last 4 decades on?
and what has 'braw' got to do with anything? - or are u gonna tell me how to spk scottish now?(that we could have fun with!)
i think if someone shallow told u ur teeth were bad u would find it cruel. besides i'm not the one coming on the internet saying 'i don't like this guys teeth! if there is something ur not happy with then u don't date them surely?
and pray tell where frustrated came from? on 2nd thoughts don't bother more than one shallow person in a day is a wee bit much for my braw teeth to grind over!

What are some of your dating deal breakers? Especially with all of us trying to find love online. A picture can only say so much. I recently met someone, fairly attractive guy only issue is his teeth. Although white, they are kinda fighting in his mouth. Should I let this small detail bother me so much....and I know I am not perfect.indifferent

My basic dealbreakers were always: No drugs, no alcohol, no kids.

Then, there were the preferences -- intelligence, creativity, sense of humor, communication -- although there would have been some degree of flexibility with those.
