Yes! A person's life should not revolve around trying to find someone or trying being in love. There is so much more to life. That being said, life WITH love can be amazing. Love should compliment rather than complicate. When people are not smart about whom they choose to spend their life with then their quality of life is compromised.

Do you think someone can truly be happy without love for life? Do you mean "a love for life" as in a person loves life itself? If that is the case... No, I do not believe anyone could be happy with out loving life...and all the gifts that are here to enjoy... the sky, the trees, the beauty that surrounds us in small, everyday things. But a love in our lives... a significant other, is a wonderful addition to the picture of life... someone to share all of these simple gifts... and can make everything seem even more beautiful in the sharing of each and every day.

I'm fine...minus the psychological issues and emotional problems...impulsiveness of screaming obscenities in public for no apparent reason, or that one time I threw a rock straight up in the air and tried to hit myself...or the number of people buried under my...err...too far... ...dude. (mirror)You can be happy in other ways, but as far as that basic human necessity for companionship that is just "built in", there would always seem like a piece was missing. Now this is good --I CAN USE THIS. a PIECE MISSING. Why is it that men like me (not all men) we can't seem to come up with something so simple ---yet hits the nail on the head. Thank you.

I still talk with my X and would like to say something meaningful and how i feal right now. Id like to get back together cuz being single after 38 years is horse ****!!! I mean, look at what i'm doing here---talking on the f--king computer with people i don't know and will never see--something has to change---and its going to be me -- Must have been a rant of somekind cuz i feel better----

Do you think someone can truly be happy without love for life? My first answer would be no but then we go thru ups and downs in our lives and it would be hard for me to say I love each and every day. I am still happy anyway.
