Sometimes people just prefer to email instead of instant message. Maybe he thought you were going to conversate? I do that with people I talk to on here, but its reciproated, we prefer to use email like im instead of im. I dont know why.

UPDATE!!! so i didn't reply to his last 4 messages and tonight i got a message saying "my girlfriend just broke up with me tonight, wanna chat?" OMG i knew i had a bad feeling!

UPDATE!!! so i didn't reply to his last 4 messages and tonight i got a message saying "my girlfriend just broke up with me tonight, wanna chat?" OMG i knew i had a bad feeling! that is so wrong. which is why i replied with "since you hit me up earlier this week being single, no." god ...

BUSTED oh god, that's even worse. i had a guy do that to me a couple weeks ago, he'd keep mentioning this woman he was "interested in" as if he wanted me to be jealous of her. even showed me her pic and went on and on about how amazing she was. it bordered on being comical. finally i just told him to go away. it's good this one is so stupid he's letting you know how dumb he is up front. yeah i hate liars, can't deal with 'em.
