Why is it so hard for people to let things go ,leave what happened in the past in the past.
Especially if you still want to be with the person who wronged you & "they" the person who hurt you are trying really hard to make things right. Why can't we forgive without torture? Why does an indescretion in a relationship make people so bitter & hard to please, angry and untrusting;why is that? If people could just let things go and live productive lives that leave them sound, happy and and not mentally frustrated and crazy or have tons of baggage, and no one wants to be bothered with that person,right? Why do those same unhappy people who know what their problem is complain when they can't have or maintain A healthy relation ship? I don't get it.:( Sorry about type errors Using a blackberry |

Some people don't deserve to be forgiven. And sometimes the hurt stays with you long after it should. You want to let it go but it's so much easier said than done.

Yes it is easier said than done.
If You can forgive the other person,think that You are doing it for youself. It may help You let go and you are the better person.Once you have done that,you have nothing else to say and you can move on.
