my friend deactited his accout and now wants to re activate it. It's showing active but when anyone goes to look at his profile it says deactivated even though he has tried reactivating it several times now with it always saying account reactivated but it's not...could someone please help.

no...he hasn't been able to do anything other than look at and change his profile but it's not showing as active when I go to look. He tried emailing me...nothing

well we will just need to rely on the whiz kids around here with their clear cache talk or whatever, sorry.

Have you given to time to reactivate, sometimes, the data base is slow in reading activation codes.. Try reactivating, then logging out close the browser and then opeb it back up and log in, see if that helps, if not, you may want to ask Charles..
