As the day has passed and the dark has come.

The nightlights of the sky are hung.

Some yawn, Some stretch, some rub their eyes.

We've had our share of fun.

Now off we go- to get some sleep.

Head out to our own retreats.

Before we know, the sun will show.

To present our very best,

We all need- a little rest.

Save night, the nocturnal ones,

Will now come out to play.

For the evening is their day.

I've had enough, I can't keep up,

Or keep the z's away!
