 It turned out awesome!! I was just buying too lean of meat I guess. One thing about eating alone, you can buy more expensive meat...I'm just still in the mode of buying cheap for 7 I guess. Have you ever tried a good steak from here? We are famous for our corn fed meats both beef and pork. My Bro, who has lived in Texas since 69, craves our meats. Says they can't be beat. My sister always told me that steaks here were better than Texas. She swears they ship out all the good stuff If ya ever paid attention to the Political Trail when they were caucusing in Iowa...they always showed every canadate eating Iowa Pork and Beef....said it was the most requested food when they always came through. Make sense. Those animals are eating good in Iowa That they do...better than a lot of people!! I hated the meat when I lived in Minnesota....and even the wild game tastes better here cuz they eat out of the corn fields!! Best steak I ever had was in Japan. I believe they cut up a steer. Are you trying to go to Tim's Donkey School?  NO, no, no Jayne Only SMART A**'s go to Donkey School.... Nope, that's a whole different school, lots of us blondes go there The Smart A** school usually only have boys go there.....  |
