fife....... better question is is it weird to be on a dating site, not want to date, and let people know you dont want to date? Again, it is what I do...therefore by classification it is weird. Sorry guys, I screwed it up for you.  no i agree with u fear it's just someone who emailed me asked what the hell i was doing here then?! Oh Honey! I just ask em why they think it's any business of theirs and why they think I care what they think i'd like to but they usually block me like a coward right after they send off the insult. so then i usually post their comments in a thread! |

lol...since you haven't been kicked off i guess it's ok...i use mingle to do just that...i can mingle with y'all and still be here doing the mom thing  yup gives me a couple minutes of break between feeding the troops and bathing them.I dont think it's wierd at all!Although then again i'm prolly not the best person to ask what wierd is... lol i'm glad i just have to mediate and feed them...and why am i forbidden to even talk to them thru the keyhole of the bathroom door when they're bathing or whatever they do in there  but when i'm in there they just waltz right in babbling on about whatever's on their little minds at the time???  oh i soooo hear you on this one....i'm always like AHEM!!!!can i have some privacy please!!

the beauty of american sites for me is i'm so far away so when i get hit on it's not usually a problem, it's generally uk ppl who are rude to me - not that i'm saying i can't handle rude!

This is not just a dating site....its a SOCIAL NETWORK... Ppl come on here for various reasons, mines is to chat with Dan and keep up with friends, nothing more. And no, its not weird being on a social network! we all know that, cause we've been around for awhile. truthfully though, when i joined, i joined a dating site and knew nothing about other aspects of the place. surely the newcomers to online dating aren't aware of the interaction between friends and forum posters. what bothers me though is the haughty tone they take in telling you that you don't belong. |

I don't care if all the people here don't want to date. Be nice if more did but most are too far away anyway. Too me it is just company more than anything. The diversity is what makes it interesting. Anybody be mean to you Gayfifer tell them you have a lot of friends here to go play in traffic.

Hello from Idaho! I don't see anything wrong with it.. This place and the nice people have helped me thru some rough times and I appreciate that and I love making new friends.. have visited with 2 of them already on my trip and will meet up with another one here and maybe Kyle(longhairbiker)again in Sturgis on the way back.. Also hoping to meet up with Lex, fear and Sully in the Chicago area...
