Big newspapers across the country are reporting that lots of shipments
of food arriving at U.S. ports from China are being refused due to them
being contaminated. Recently, the Washington Post reported that the
USFDA seized more than 1000 shipments of tainted dietary supplements,
toxic cosmetics
and counterfeit medicines from China. Furthermore, according to a report
published in the Chicago Tribune, mor than 130 shipments of food were
rejected from China due to them being contaminated with salmonella
bacteria, or for containing banned ingredients.

Is this part of an Unconventional warfare campaign on the part of China
or just really sloppy production?

National Delicacy in China is Dogs, Cat, human babies during the
depressional era. So, why would they be poisoning their own food source.

You have to read the article. The contaminated food that is coming over
now is intended for human consumption. There have been baby bibs sent
over that were contaminated with lead. Makeup, dietary suppliments,
medicines and other health products for humans that are poisonous have
also been stopped at US ports. I just mentioned the contaminated pet
food, because it was the first publicized incident of this happening.

This isn't new. About 8 years ago the Canadian government issued a
warning about lead contamination in plastic window blinds from China.
There have been other such instances also.
This was in the news here several weeks ago.
I wonder how many remember anything about radioactive cast iron products
being cast in Mexico and shipped into the US and Canada several years
ago.
Could this be due to our desire for cheap consumer products or possibly
because there's a greedy business man willing to make a buck at any
cost?
The profits in importing goods from countries like China are
astronomical.

this has been happening for years especially with toys..i'm not into

This has nothing to do with the Chinese people, it has to do with the
Chinese government. The Chinese government is gearing up for war with
the US and unconventional warfare would give them the advantage they
need to win.

Nope, I think that is his real picture.

Since I am in China, I can pretty much say that it is due to naivety,
and certainly don't believe it's done on purpose. The people over here
are used to bacterias that we are not. Just as when I was in
Ecuador...same thing. The working conditions here are much different
than the states. As well has the sanitary conditions. But I in no way
believe that these people are doing these things on purpose.
