Whew. That was a lot to read. So I had my water aerobics tonight. Good workout. Seeing and feeling results. Went out for coffee this morning. Had an invitation for dinner Friday. Now an invitation to go to Atlantic City next week! WOW Whoa back! Well i guess you are winning the Most Popular Title tonight unless somebody wants to Music some competition. I know I can't. I don't know how you do it. It seems you are always on the run. Sometimes i get tired just reading your posts. You go Girl and pass some of that energy this way please

Anybody like Country Music? Watching Sugarland on ABC. Great music if you are into country! Me seen them in concert boy she sing it :) My son is in love with Jennifer Nettles. I am going to see Tim McGraw on Labor Day weekend. Can't wait. Saw him last year and he puts on a really good show. His Dad was the pitcher that threw the lst out when the Phillies won the World Series in 1980 so he always goes all out when he does a show here! Funny I seen them both a week apart at the Rodeo here she gave a much better show. That may be true but HE is much more fun too look at lol looks good in those jeans lol

Sounds like a plan. i have to take supplements everyday. Three years ago this September, I had gastric bypass surgery. i was 5'4" and 296lbs. Tried every diet known to man but never stuck to them for more than 6 months. Went from size 24 to 4. Got very sick with an ulcer which I found out was common but now I am healthy. People see me and say I am so lucky to be thin. They don't know that although my body is happy to not have the strain on my legs and back I took the easy way out. I admire people who can do it without surgery but unfortunately that wasn't me. Without the supplements I will become malnourished. i also drink protein drinks everyday. So my hat off to you for taking care of yourself--I wish I learned that lesson earlier
