oops got distracted. Stay away from that closet Betty!!!! OOOh that pie sounds good. I only have grapes here. Only buying helthy food. It seems to be paying off. Back on track again. I should be doing that too.But I have been real bad this week.

I should be doing that too.But I have been real bad this week. those 3 weeks of vacation were not kind to me. off course that was on top of the month i had to eat out because i had no kitchen. I can always find an excuse to eat out but it's not always good for me.

I know but struggling and denying yourself all the time isn't fun either. Moderation is the key so they say!Its just my idea of moderation may not be the same as someone elses.

I know but struggling and denying yourself all the time isn't fun either. Moderation is the key so they say!Its just my idea of moderation may not be the same as someone elses. actually i haven't really had to deny myself anything i was really hugry for. I just can't have several treats every day of the week. I had a beer the other day after i mowed the lawn. glass of wine tonight with dinner. Not to mention some delicious locally grown canteloupe, watermelon, blueberries and my fresh veggies in my garden. This is a great time of the year to focus on healthy eating with all the fresh produce that's available right now.
