I want to thank all the Minglers (50 of them) that have either submitted their poem, photo to be transformed into a fantasy creature, short story, or other tidbits and advice to make this fantasy book available to everyone.

I also want to thank the moderators for tolerating my unusual creatives endeavors and to even participate in some of them. Your hard work in keeping order and a fun atmosphere is most admired.

I want to thank the owners, administrators, and creators of Mingle2. Without your genius minds no one could enjoy such great times on this site and even dream of making a free downloadable ebook dedicated to the Mingle2 community.

Thank you for letting me be a part of everyones lives.

This is awesome  I can't wait

If you want to have a whole page to yourself in a Fantasy online magazine then follow the guidelines to make it happen.

1. Have a photo available on your photo display here on Mingle2.
Photo is there

2. Choose a fantasy creature for me to transform your picture into the creature.

3. Answer the questions to add to your personal page in the magazine issue.

4. Add me as a friend so I can find you quickly when a magazine issue is available for you to download.

What kind of magazine is this?

I am attempting to create a Free online medieval fantasy magazine/article that covers jokes, quotes, short stories, crossword puzzles, recipes, illustrations, helpful websites, author reviews, and fantasy dating contacts.

How long will it take to make a issue?

I want to make one issue per month. If I work on it a few hours each day, I should complete a interesting well designed free online fantasy magazine for people to download and enjoy.
I also wait this long for contributors who wish to add their fiction stories, illustrations, or other helpful links to make the magazine interesting.

When will I see my first illustration of myself created into a fantasy creature?

It depends on what creature you wish to be, but anywhere between 1 or 2 weeks tops. If you want an example of how a illustration looks like then check out my photo profile to see how other Mingler's allowed me to transform their photos into fantasy illustration.

How do I begin?

1. Choose a race and mention it here on the thread.
pixie/fairy

2. Answer the following question as they will be added below your fantasy picture.

Why do you like Fantasy or Fiction?
Fantasy, my way to escape

What is your favorite Medieval "Swords and Sorcery" type movie?
Lord of the Rings

What is your favorite Fantasy novel?
Lord of the Rings

What is your favorite roleplaying computer game?
Don't play computer games

What is your month and day of birth? Needed to make a "fantasy horoscope reading" to add below your illustration.
December 19

What is your favorite holiday?
Christmas and Halloween

If you where to live in the 15th century in Europe, what would you like to be and explain why? For example - Lord, Princess, Alchemist, Knight, Advisor, Jester, farmer, Bishop, Assassin, etc. etc.
Princess

Where can a reader contact you? For example - Mingle2 screenname, or a yahoo account, etc. etc. ((You can send this email if you like)) Also only if you want to have anyone contact you.
Use my Mingle2 screenname

3. If you have something to contribute such as medieval websites, or websites of authors, fantasy rpg websites, fantasy mmporg websites, or your own personal fiction writing or artwork you wish to add into the magazine then don't hesitate to send it.

Cheers and thanks for reading all that! lol

Yes short stories of the Green Dragon's Tavern will be available one day. The Green Dragon's Tavern stories have been compiled way before I even thought about making it a rpg game here on mingle2 in the game forums. So I have alot of material that I just need to organize and compile into a 10 chapter short story booklet one day. At the moment I am busy creating two more Mingle2 free downloadable magazines for the Mingle2 community and enthusiasts.

I will also create short stories of the dark elvin warrior Ald'Seran and the human wizard Thunderfaust, which are characters based on my upcoming novel "The Secrets of the Stone Henge".

To get 30 free chapters of the upcoming book go to www.lulu.com and type in the search bar my name - John Buchhalter. There you will see a title called "The Sacred Woods of Silvernarion".

Vin Diesel has played Dungeon and Dragons for over 20 years. One of his main characters will be in a video game one day.

Here is Vin Diesel on a late night show talking about it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwlalS7C7ZQ
