I came to this site because I am new to London. Bored, a little lonely at times, work to many hours...blah blah blah. Now I look forward to many of the forum issues as it gives me the opportunity to reconsider a lot of my own belief systems and prejudices. A good looking woman who wants a cup of coffee on the weekend is always a bonus. lol |

Kats, ever ck out any groups for widow & widower's, senior centers, etc. I know of several different things around here like that. Used to go to some of them & met lots of decent people that way.

My intention was to meet someone, but with all the wonderful people here on the forums, that intention has dwindled, but don't get me wrong, it certainly would be nice, and like somebody here said, I simply miss the intimacy that can exist between two people who really care about each other. Here conversation, flirting & teaseing are very cheap, just alittle electricity. Good friendships can be built & maintained. This is the biggest thing many of us seek. |
