My wife cheated while we were married and continued to do so while we
were supposed to be “reconciling.”

Here is what I come to understand.

I could have risen to be the man she deserved but she lowered herself to
the type of women I would not even want.

If you do want to reconcile later, screwing around now will only make
that harder.

In the end all we have are our morals and values and to be the man we
should be all we can do is stick to those morals and values and rise to
be who we should be.
