It's difficult to say without more specifics because each situation is different. I would say BE VERY CAREFUL, lest you ruin the friendship by making her really uncomfortable with your new feelings which causes her to avoid you. Be at least semi-sure she feels the same way before you do anything romantic. |

i think your experience would definately help you make decisions but it would depend on the person and if they are smart enough to use them in a right way or wrong way.
