i don't read that many people complaining about online stalking. i see that as a legitimate concern and appreciate it being shared so that another member doesn't fall prey as well.
what i tend to see more of is people (almost always women) posting atual emails of men attempting to correspond and then the almost certain subsequent poking fun of them and laughing. then they wonder why they cannot get a date and remain single. |

I'm too sexy for my hat. Sorry, couldn't resist. I have never understood the stalker thing. How can someone stalk on-line? Its actually very easy to stalk someone on line. I work at a domestic Violence shelter and Im a stalking specialist. Most of our cases of stalking come from internet relationships that progress to stalking. Try googling yourself and see what you get. its pretty scary the amount of information that is out there when you dont even put it there yourself. Be careful. |
