So Wayne, tell us about the kick boxing... what would you like to know Do you do it for fun, excerise, competion? i started in the military years ago , was into some competition but they are way to serious , so just kept it up more for exercise ,and fun ,, but not much time anymore You must be in pretty good shape to kick box...
