you only need to sue if the other party does not fulfill their obligations as to their responsibilities in the issues created by their negligence

You should probably consult with not only a doctor but also an attorney as well. I would suggest that you be very careful posting anything on the internet in reference to the accident. I would not give any details to anyone other then the doctors or lawyers. THe fact of the matter is you probably already have but I would seriously consider consulting with professionals before you compromise your legal standing further then you already may have.

Tami...I'm not trying to scare you, but it is urgent that you see a doctor ASAP. One of my girlfriends was in a typical "fender bender" & felt just a lil sore afterwards. She did not go to a doctor. About 4mos later, she awoke to find herself partially paralyzed. X-rays showed that she had a hair-line fracture of the spine with only about 2mm left intact. If, during normal activities, the fracture had completed, she would've been paralyzed permanantly...GO SEE A DOCTOR, Sis! It's better to find out that nothing's wrong, than to not go at all...flowerforyou
very true phuque..my bro had a fair ride accident, and the doctors said for 2 days you have bruised your spine you will be ok.then he was rushed up2 a hospital in london, and he found out he had cut his spinal cord in half" T3 break "he is now a paraplegic and in a wheelchair..so i would go and see your doctor straight away:thumbsup:

This is the first I have mentioned it and no one knows all of the details. Like I have said, I don't wanna do anything to hurt anyone, I just want to be me again.

The use of the words "hard" & "little" in the same sentence might not be conducive to forming a studly reputation, Keith!

i'm not talking about suing. if some dumbass slams into me, damaging my vehicle, my body, wastes my time and energy, and leaves me in pain, they owe me. at the end of the situation i will not be out one penny and i will be compensated for the time i wasted because of their stupidity. and getting money for "pain and suffering" is not a bad thing. a reasonable amount, not a million bucks because your neck is sore.

i'd say see multiple doctors and even specialists if needed...and put it on the other person's insurance tab. it's only fair.

I drove a school bus in Atlanta Ga. I had a group of construction workers run into the back of my bus , and leave the seen. Even though I just had a headache no big deal. My boss told me to go get checked, just in case... I am thankful I did. There was 2 disc c4 and c5 out of place. This was in Nov of 2004. After many months of physical therapy, eperderal shots in my neck. April of 2005 I had to have neck surgery. Now I am fine.... So, please go to get yourself checked.. I didn't start my headache till the next day.

I was in a wreck not this past Thurday but the Thursday before. I was rear ended. I seemed fine and still do I think. But everytime I work out now my left side of my neck seems to cramp and get stiff. It never did this before. Do you think it is because of the accident? Should I go to the doctor to see? I don't know.

Since to got hit from the rear.. Thus backward pressure.
Maybe you need to rearend someone(forward pressure) to knock things back into place??
