"How the world ends"

The last rain drop, has fallen
The last ray of sun, has died
the end of the world, has been shown,
and i get on my knees and start to cry

I am feeling alone, my knees on the grass
im waiting for you...waiting to be found
because when your not here with me
my world falls, right to the ground

when u say hi to me, the light shines through
when your away, theres nothing i fear
when i think of you holding me
its like you are near

My world has ended, when your not with me
my world has ended, when your away
my world has ended, when u dont speak
my world has ended, theres nothign more i can say

If you continue to be gone, all i can feel
is the pain i felt, before you were here
the light i once had, that would shine through it all
that peirced all my worries, that peireced through my fears

My world has ended, if you leave me now
my world has ended, if i can hear your voice
my world has ended, if i can't see u smile
my world has ended, and its all your choice.

Your expressed experience is palpable, raw and human.

Concerning relationship, the write seems to beg the question "Is it really true that it is someone else's choice that my world should end or, is it mine alone?"
