I remember one convo where some dolt said "she" got my yahoo IM via mingle, to which I replied, "Mingle2? What's Mingle2?" and proceeded to play dumb the whole time. And THEN I'd broaden the "stupidity" by asking what a "Ghana" is and stuff.

I've even had one scammer break off IMs with me because of the immense frustration he/she/it had in dealing with me, too.

I wonder if they are friendly with those ones that stalk me from Nigeria.. listen, if it works out between you two.. do me a favor, and swing by the Bank of Nigeria, and uh, pick up that cash they are telling me about I have there.

Actually, I heard that a lot of the call centers from Nigeria have essentially moved to Ghana and other parts of Africa to try to throw off the authorities. My guess is that Nigeria has become too much of a hot-bed in terms of Internet scams and the like.

You can start by tricking THEM into giving you THEIR credit card info. Nothing spells "epic fail!!!" like gettin' fooled by the people you're trying to fool.

I've had similar sorts of messages from weirdos in Ghana as well.
But when they ask what I am looking for here on Mingle, I tell them that 'I and my friends are only here for 'intimate encounters and online sex' and that if they have any naked pics of themselves in compromising positions, to send them to me immediately.

Amazing how quickly the conversation fizzles out after that.
