Redd, I am eating 100 calorie crackers with pimento cheese I don't like kraut but that sure does sound good right now What many americans fail to understand who aren't familiar with true German cookin is that Sauerkraut isn't meant to be sour. I cook mine the German way an mash up the taters & mix em with the kraut in my plate, that's good eattin
