That's usually how carpal tunnel begins. Mine started out with just the pinky and then the pinky and ring finger and slowly move on. Mine went away after a while though, for the most part. I still get the numbness in my pinky and ring finger from time to time though, when I put pressure on the nerve.

my right hand gets numb sometimes but mine has to do with my dialysis.. so i didnt think any thing of it

I have had the same thing for many months...I went to the VA and the doctor said that it is quite common...it's a pinched nerve in your elbow area and I was told the could operate to fix it...I'm gonna hold off however and see if it fixes itself. BTW- It's a ***** if you play guitar...I lost feeling in my pinky and half of my ring finger and...yes...just like a carpel tunnel thing!

it could be joint issue
or circulation issue should seek medical expertise i have this happen through out various body parts regularly mine is joint related have been diagnosed with ddd and it was changed to djd which is the same only it is through out the body not just in the back so yes you should get medical attention asap and if it is circulatory it is more than likly a mild stroke which could be a warning of yet to come so get yerself to a doctor |
