No. The alcohol cooks out of it.when ever you cook with any alcohol, the alcohol cooks out of the food.
Beer can chicken is a skewer (4 spikes) with a hole in the middle of it to place the beer can. The chicken sits upright on the grill on the skewer. The beer from the can adds moisture to the chicken cooking it from the inside while it grills. It`s as good as rotisserie chicken. Does that sound good to you? |
