This thread is just to continue a discussion that was started in a thread that was removed... but without adding someones email. If I were to email all of those that pop up in my searches... I would be living in fear, would be afraid to go to the local stores, would be watching over my shoulder all of the time. I think the search engine is broken!! I type in my requirements and I get just the opposite of what I am looking for.I feel like the search engine is telling me "you are a complete loser and we dig the bottom of the barrel just for you!"  
I get "there are no people that match your criteria, perhaps you should adjust some things" 
Good afternoon Prncs, Are you saying I am maladjusted ? 
I am in decent shape, walk a lot at a brisk pace... would like to find a gal that can at least walk with me, without stopping every half block to catch her breath!!! One that doesn't have to shave more often than I do, One that knows how to eat a decent meal.. then wait till the next meal to eat again.. and NO..a half gallon of icecream is not a meal!, A gal that is not shorter than me-and weighs twice as much as I do. A gal that doesn't have to dress like a teen in order to feel younger, If she needs to get an eye brow piercing at 50 years old..she still hasn't found herself yet.(Ok- this is the short rant list.. I could go on) Is that too much to ask for????? Moblodite, um why did we take my post out of all of them? 
Because we were in mid conversation when the thread was removed. Thats all. Ohhh ok, thought you didn't like what I said... I don't think what any of us wants is too much as long as we're realistic about it... i.e. I don't have a chance with Hugh Jackman so why would I compare every man to him, etc. 
I'll back whatever dreams you have but don't get mad at me when they don't come true...

I'm very patient, Have been single for years and doing well, so I am not going to just accept the first gal that comes along. I know what I deserve and wont settle for less. Wheres the hug emoticon? 
there is no hug emoticon. funny you mention knowing what you deserve. i used to talk to a guy years ago, he had an MBA degree (allegedly), considered himself handsome, blah blah, in short, he thought he was amazing and he was holding out til he found the woman he "deserved." According to him, all the women he met were beneath him- possibly including me, for different reasons. Anyway, I caught up with him by accident some years later, and he's still single. Still waiting. However, he's gotten desperate, 'cause he hit on me. It was with great pleasure that I turned him down.
I do hope you get what you deserve though.

i think everyone deserves someone to treat them right. he was just so smug going on about his requirements, especially since where he was at the time, what he wanted was next to impossible to obtain. |

I think some qualities the opposite sex can't have... but as far as those that are possible yes, I have them.. I don't ask of others anything I won't do myself.. Unless of course it comes to the car, that I just can't so I pay someone or hope my guy can handle it which he never can but if he'll take it to the shop for me that's a big plus...

True. I once had a girl say to me " I bet you would be a cheap date" really ticked me off. so I replied "Hell no- it will cost you plenty to take me out!"
