~fruit pizza~

crust-1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
mix above ingredients together,press onto pan.bake at 350 degrees for eight to ten minutes,then cool.
cream-1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
spread on cooled crust.spread sliced fruit...strawberries,grapes,kiwi,pineapple..etc.....on cream cheese.
glaze-2tbsp cornstarch
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon jiuce
cook glaze until thick and pour evenly over fruit.chill then serve.
