well i am waiting to hear on a couple jobs within the school system, i have been a sub teacher for 4 years, and i am hoping that maybe i can get one of these instructional assistant positions that are opening

That would be cool...I was a teaching assistant for a few years....the kids were okay, but the adults were another story altogether!
