Did you injure it? Mine does too, my right one, it's from a job I use to have, work injury, I use Tiger Balm, it's great.

Can you raise your arm .. if not you may have a torn rotator cuff.. will need an MRI to be sure though...

Can you raise your arm .. if not you may have a torn rotator cuff.. will need an MRI to be sure though... been there. it's no fun but a good sports rehab person can help a lot if it's not too severe. my friend worked on me and i think she did so just so i'd be back in action in time to help her move  . your other option is run around yelling and slam it into a wall like riggs does on lethal weapon. ok, dislocation is a different situation but try it anyway. |

Can you raise your arm .. if not you may have a torn rotator cuff.. will need an MRI to be sure though... I've had that.  It took a shot of dye in the shoulder while they x-rayed to obtain a diagnosis. One shot of steroids and some P.T. fixed it.
