1T garlic 2 T salt 1 t brown sugar bake 26 minutes on 427* till done.

yes, i do like herring. (i enjoy the smoked fillets, the best.)

yes, i do like herring. (i enjoy the smoked fillets, the best.) When I was in England, it was common to have smoked herring for breakfast. That would be "uncommon" to say the least in Texas. I thought it was great.
