My girls out right now, looking at a dog her friend is wanting to adopt . A rescue greyhound. Coming in from Florida tonight. I don't know much about this breed except it used to race. |

They're good dogs, smart...I think they're ugly...allskin and bones, like a whippit...gets cold really easy..house dogs in winter. |

Have a friend that adopted a greyhound, made a great pet. Really? Was it a former racing dog? This guy gets to meet his new pet tonight , he is so excited. But he doesn't get to take it home till next week. They put him through a real tough screening process and even came out to his to inspect his house before allowing him to adopt it. |

Do you guys remeber me telling you about a person that was to pick up his dog he adopted from the humane society only to find out they put it down due to parva virus? He was devasted and heartbroken , well this is the same person, so I hope it all works out for him this time.
