I saw Toby Keith and Sammy Kershaw in concert a few years before Toby really hit it big...a very cool show. I saw him in 2005 with Sara Evans......real good show.....I knew the dj at the country station and got Toby Keith to dedicate "How do you like me now" to my son who had just passed (it was his favorite song)....i thought it was awesome that he actually did it....very cool guy I'm sorry to hear about your son..... My daughter's favorite song at the time was his "Dream Walkin"' and both my girls, aged about 7 and 8 at the time, gave him a bouquet of yellow roses when he sang the song. I have a great picture of them putting the flowers on the stage and him smiling down at them and all the band members with big smiles... |

Too many to list. Live aid in philly in 1985. Monsters of rock in germany in 87 and 88. Black sabbath and blue oyster cult and BOC never showed. Sabbath played for 5 hours including cover tunes that just plain rocked. A private party with aerosmith where they decided to play and played all cover tunes rocked hard. They did hendrix red house and blew everyone away. Then autographed my gibson les paul. Gordon lightfoot jamming with my freinds in my living room was cool. Shania twain jumping up on stage with a local band in disgiuse and belting out some songs at a lake festival rocked. There's just been too many to count. Head east at maibel tainter theatre. Kings X at dibbos. Nazereth, blue oyster cult, wishbone ash, and uriah heep at the minneapolis convention center. I went to see judas priest friday and they put on a killer show. They played the whole british steel album with all their new songs in the middle. Laser light show. 3 encores. Rob halford rode his harley out for diamonds and rust. Made the crowd sing 'you got another thing comin' while he belted out those incredible high notes. It was just freaking cool to see a 60 year old man break 3 octaves and put mariah carey to shame. 50,000 people showed. It rocked.
