I am turning 56 and have a very physical job. I try to stay in shape with walking and eating healthy, mostly salads and not much meat, some chicken. But I find myself getting tired at the end of the work day and then when I get home I just wanna sit, although I always take a walk. Can anyone recommend a good routine or some vitamins or something I am missing to keep me going. or is this just something I should accept because I am getting older. Any advice?

find GOOD 'whole food vitamins. Synthetic ones are no good. I take (literally the title "the greatest vitamin in the world". That plus an energy pill, a metabolizer. But don't overdo the energy pills. If you start to crash, lay off a few days. But ALWAYS take your vitamins w/ the enzymes and such. Go to the site and read what all it has, you need it all and it's all in one vitamin. It's the simplest one I found that works and actually helps you FEEL better and more motivated without any spazzy side effects.
