Yeah. I heard that Tylenol PM stuff works pretty well for the sleep-aid stuff.
Just make sure you don't take too much, though- you'll screw up your liver if you do. Just stick to the recommended dosage and don't start chugging half the bottle or something. And fight the urge to wanna down a fifth of tequila to wash down the Tylenol, too!

Yeah. Tylenol PM DOES come in tablet form. However, you should STILL watch how many you take, as takin' too many will rot your liver out.

I like my liver just fine, it seems to help me in this thing we call "living"... I always follow the directions Moof, I don't want to be a statistic unless it's "she just won a trillion dollars"..

Yeah. I wouldn't mind being a part of the whole "just won a trillion dollars" statistic as well.
 I'm only talkin' about the whole over-consumption of Tylenol business because I've heard at least three of my (rather idiotic) friends talk about how they were gonna chug a half dozen of the little buggers to stop a headache. And that's a sure-fire method to make your liver scream in pain, too.

No I haven't.. I'm up to date on them and now they're on a short hiatus so who the heck knows when it'll come back on... See this is one of the reasons I don't watch series type shows..
