Sounds yummy! Several versions of a similar fruit salad I've had over the years contained those little marshmallows. I hate those things

fresh salmon grilled.....mmm I was fishing in Alaska and had forty pounds of fresh salmon to "do something with". I kinda got tired of salmon after a while and made Grilled salmon chopped and added to mac and cheese (not the box version). It was one of the best salmon dishes of the trip. The mac and cheese was a mix of Swiss, cheddar, and Monterrey jack |

I just make it up and I don't remember the proportions.
One slab of grilled fresh salmon. A bowl of macaroni "al dente" equal parts the three cheeses grated heavy grind black pepper enough milk to make the cheese creamy Add salmon to mixed mac and cheese and mix gently to avoid tearing the fish. |
