Seeing the kids want to just hang around our house later tonight to catch the neighbors firework show I gave them their choice of grub today. 2 out of 3 perfer going to the carnival and eating all the goodies~ pizza, hotdogs, fried dough, bloomin onions,ect... So were skipping the cookout again this year....or maybe will just stop by for a doggie bag! laugh
Whats your preference today?

Happy 4th!

Carnival food can get expensive and I can make most of those things here at home for half the cost so I would do both laugh laugh laugh

Though thinking of all that BBQ food is making my mouth water....ribs, steaks, chicken, burgers and all those wonderful salads, mac & cheese, corn on the cob, baked beans, and lets not forget the watermelon:banana:

I would rather have a good barbeque any day of the week.

I would too! But it seems like we already have had so much grillin' this summer.....and the carnival here is about 5 blocks away from home.

Your right.... carny food is costly...but if I did my own cookout here it would probally cost more and be a funfilled day of cooking & serving....noway not into that this year.

I love all that cook out food too! But my teens would probally just grab hot dogs and hamburgers(along with every other neighborhood kid) then go down to the carnival anyhow!
