hes just getting drunk. call him tomorrow and confirm Well it looks like I got stood up.I called him this morning and explained about my phone and missing the phone call that when i'm out or in a place I can't hear it,so for now on when I'm out that I'm going to put in on vibrant. 
Can u believe this tho over a missed phone call?I'll never understand men.
