Exactly, we had this discussion a few months back and I had read that the "proper" way to hang it was under.. Then I googled it and it said you can get yucky ookey things by doing that.. So it's "over" for me... |

Neither, I just set the roll on the counter, then the question becomes...Left or Right.
soft or 60 grit? one or two ply? White or blue? wipe front to back or back to front ? Wet wipes or dry wipes? Do you squeeze the Charmin or not? Normal size roll or mega roll? Smooth or quilted? DRUM ROLL********** Should used toilet paper be recycled into Kleenex or paper plates??
