It's wierd but i'm scared of being single i dont know exactly why i've been single for a while now and i'm starting to freak out about it but i don't want to be know as a man whore so what do i do???

no i usually date girls that act one way then they change and i don't like it when they change i was dateing them for them and then they just change all of a sudden and it's hard for me to find someone i actually can stay with

Single isn't all that bad...I like it. Would I like to be with someone? Sure, but I'm not going to let it hold me back from doing what I want in life. You have to let go of that eventually, some people don't ever let go of it therefore they need someone by them in order to live "normally". Codependence, not the best thing in the world because eventually you are with someone just to be with someone and not because you enjoy their company. If you are scared of being single you have to change that, you have to be happy and centered yourself before trying to add anyone to the equation.
