Is there a glitch making the emails go slow to receive?

I've not received several of mine this week.
Someone I know said that they received mine 90 minutes after I sent it. |

well i sent two to one guy and he said he never got them but they showed read on my sent list so i don't know if something is wrong are what ...maybe i'm a dumbass lol

There should be no delay in emails. We created a new spam filter a couple of days ago, but it proved too restrictive. We relaxed it a little while ago, though, so things should be back to normal on the email front. Thanks for reporting the issue, everybody.

most sites do
it's to prevent scammers and spammers like if you mention "money" or "cash" a lot of sites will automatically prevent it from going through or if you send the same email to more than a couple of people it flags you as a spammer and stuff like that |

and ppl think this is ok? and i can assure anyone here the kinda stuff going missing in my emails has no reason to appear spam like in fact some of us done a test on just what WONT go through!

things were in triplicate last week,. no answers to my email but it took them a few days to read it as well
I thought this was normal.

well it's not what i would call normal, i'll filter my own mail thanks & a spam button for our own use would be helpful.

Yes, and as quiet notes, this is for spam guard protection. As for filtering your own, i really don't think the site will go to that expense. Those filters may be adjusted somewhat, but they will remain in place, i'm pretty sure. |

Can't be working too well, or maybe they don't work on the IM's. Had a guy ask me for money on IM, I told him no and reported him. Was a good week-10 days ago. He is still active, so he slipped through the filters or, again, they don't work on the IM.

charles said the other day that they had implemented a new filter program and it turned out to be much more aggresive than they anticpated
so I think they prolly had to take it down to rework it %% I've worked with a lot of software engineers and seen personally what a pain in the azz it is to tweak on programs. one "(" or a "," out of place can ruin the whole thing |

I have been having trouble.

If anybody would like us to look for emails to/from a particular users, shoot me an email. As quiet_2008 pointed out, we made an adjustment which turned out to be too much last week. We undid that adjustment at the end of the week, though, so it should be back to normal.
