The Obama Administration announced Tuesday three auto makers will receive loans to develop clean-energy vehicle technology.

Ford Motor Company (F: 5.63, -0.05, -0.88%), Nissan Motors (NSANY: 12.44, 0.15, 1.22%) and Tesla Motors will receive $5.9 billion, $1.6 billion and $465 million, respectively in loans allocated by the Department of Energy’s Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing program.

honda i think is in tenn.

kia is planning a plant in la i think

where are the plant for ford g m and chrysler

canada and mexico they are closing more american plants

and improt parts from everywhere

there is no true american made car anymore (unless you make it yourself

so but american is a false statement and almost impossible to do

Theres also a Toyota plant here in Kentucky

the American jobs are real and they are here. I think the lives of our people should come before politics

i for one will never buy a new gm product but it has nothing to do with politics (it has to do with their failing to put the standard colors i wanted on a new 95 imapala i was going to buy dark adriatic blue with black cherry leather interior)

Yes, the jobs and lives of our people should come first before political idealogy

but the jobs of those in th toyota honda and soon to be kia plant are american jobs
