I agree, MJ's contributions to music will be not be surpassed. He was an excellent entertainer.

There will never be another Michael Jackson. ONE OF A KIND.

Thriller was one of the greatest albums of all time!! If we judged all muscians by accusations, we wouldnt have much to listen too!! He was far from perfect, BUT he was human and did alot of charity work, we should remember the good In EVERYONE when they pass and let God do the judging!!

If we judge anyone by the gossip and accusations of their lives, we would have noone to admire for anything.

Michael was a great entertainer and philanthropist.

I grew up on the Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson. He had some excellent work.

He was a tragic figure but so very talented.

Throughout History, there have been a lot of tragic figures in The Arts. But I just can't feel sympathy for a man I believe hurt children. Also,i have always been a Rock & Roller,so his Pop and R & B,never did much for me. be seeing you

Is it possible to feel "sympathy" or compassion for a man who was ALSO ONCE A CHILD himself and brutally abused/hurt back then?

His history does not excuse what he may have done as an adult, but it sure helps to understand some of the apparent problems he demonstrated.

Nothing comes from nothing.

I remember this from 1970. I had the record.

I'll Be There.

He was in 6th or 7th grade when he sang it.

It's amazing to me just how many people are quick to judge MJ..The charges were dropped and the way I see it, God is the one who should be judging him. He was a very talented man, and his contributions to the music world were astounding. Celebrities are not perfect, they are human just like the rest of us, and Lord knows we all make mistakes. I grew up listening to him, and loved his music.God bless his family and may he rest in peace.
