take 3, or 4 eggs --scramble, then dice one tomato, and add to scrambled eggs. (have your salsa ready.) opt. --add cheese, toast, onions, garlic,, or diced up fried potatoes. Enjoy-- makes a nice snack-- You?? need some, coffee??
