start with: frying up some good bacon, then in that grease, fry up three , or four eggs, then have cheese melted in a flour tortilla, have your salsa ready. Put bacon, & eggs ,inside the tortilla-- now eat with your salsa. It is very good, with juice,or coffee. Enjoy.

Special days I scramble eggs with picante and chorizo and serve with pepper jack cheese in either a cinnamon or salsa tortilla. Sometimes I'll caramelize some onions to go into it and sometime saute some Ploblamo peppers.
On a "not special" day it is bran w/soymilk, egg w/picante, and piece of fruit. |

I tried soy milk once (I'm not supposed to drink real milk and I miss it) I spit it out and poured the whole carton down the sink. That stuff does not taste like milk haha |

LOL You know what's good of course not good in a calorie aspect but deliciously Yummy... A sour cream and onion bagel with chive cream cheese from Dunkin Donuts... It's sooooooooooooooooooooo good!!! What flavor tea??? |
